Description
Our custom Full Dentures are designed for patients missing all teeth in an upper or lower arch, or those preparing for extractions. Using a simple at-home impression kit, your denture is professionally manufactured for fit, comfort, and natural appearance. Impressions can be taken before extractions for immediate placement after surgery. Durable dental-grade materials allow for future adjustments as your gums heal.
Wear
Full dentures are designed for daily wear, but they should be removed at night to allow your gums to rest and to maintain proper oral health. During the first few days, your denture may feel bulky or unfamiliar. This is normal and your tongue and facial muscles will gradually adjust, improving comfort and speech.
To insert or remove your denture, use both hands and apply gentle, even pressure. Do not bite down to force the denture into place. When eating, start with soft foods and chew slowly using both sides of your mouth to maintain balance and stability.
Over time, your gums may change and minor adjustments or relines may be needed to maintain proper fit.
Care:
Clean your full denture daily to maintain appearance and oral health. Remove the denture and gently brush all surfaces using a soft-bristle toothbrush and water. Non-abrasive denture cleanser or mild soap may be used. Avoid abrasive toothpaste, which can scratch the surface.
Rinse your denture thoroughly after cleaning. When not in use, store it in clean water or a denture soaking solution to prevent drying or warping. Effervescent denture-cleaning tablets may be used periodically for deeper cleaning.
Do not use hot water, bleach, or household cleaners, as these may damage the denture material.
